Future Architects 3 | surfing the edge of chaos
Glück ist, zukunft staunend zu erträumen und seine gegenwart zu lieben! zwei tage später zeigt mir mein mobiltelefon auf, welches gefühl ich in der ersten stunde der nächsten runde der zukunftsarchitekten spontan mitteilen wollte.
zwei tage später fühlen sich die knochen ganz schön müde an - so als wäre der weg ein weiter gewesen, den man hier gegangen ist - und doch ist mein blick hellwach, wie schon der unglaublich freundliche herr portier und weitere aufzugsfahrgäste verbal freundlich anmerken.
zusammengefasst hat es wohl die summe der so unterschiedlichen eindrücke ausgemacht, mich aus der reserve zu locken und doch immer ganz behutsam und mit seil gesichert einen recht langen weg neu zu gehen. da war dieses unglaubliche abendessen mit valery gergiev called "the master and his pupils"!

how do you clear the way for the leading role?
master: I look at them; see if they are prepared and as they are I invite them to come! and I show them that I trust them - even in the leading role. I give them their time in order to enjoy as long as possible.
Oder aber auch die herausforderung wirklich schönes theater zu spielen. keine sonst üblichen rollenspiele - goethe spielen!
oder auch ein besuch bei herrn schwarz und seinen weinfässern. herr schwarz hat einen plan - und nebenbei bemerkt "marketing" neu erfunden. the butcher ist wirklich einer - markenversprechen eindrucksvoll eingelöst. Und bei herrn schwarz fällt auch die antwort auf die frage "are the benefits of talking straight worth the risk" mit einem klaren "yes, honey" aus. wer hier nicht an der richtigen stelle "nein" mit lauter und klarer stimme schmettern konnte, musste für immer ja sagen und die nacht in den weinfässern von und mit schwarz schmoren.
15 gedanken später zum thema "managing from the future - as future architects do" erkannte ich, dass meine herzlichkeit oft stärker ist als des butchers klinge und solange ich mich nicht klein machen lasse, das große herz zum tragen kommen wird.
